BabyTime is a privacy-first, local-first baby-care tracker. We minimize the information we handle:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your baby's profile and care records are stored locally on your device within the app's private sandbox. They are not uploaded to our servers. We recommend that you back up your device regularly, as data stored locally may be lost if the app is uninstalled or the device is reset.
Because your data remains on your device, we rely on the security measures of your operating system (iOS / Android), including app sandboxing and, where applicable, device encryption. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Optional subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your payment card details. Payment information is handled in accordance with the respective store's privacy policy.
The app may integrate with standard platform services (for example, image pickers and system notification services). These services operate under their own privacy policies and are limited to the functionality they provide.
You retain full control over your data. You may delete individual records, a baby's profile, or all data at any time within the app. Uninstalling the application removes all locally stored data. If we maintain anonymous analytics, such data is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described above.
BabyTime is designed for use by adults (parents or guardians) to track the care of a child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Any information about a child is entered and controlled by the responsible adult.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
